UNIT 2 SCIENCE: LOOK AFTER YOURSELF

It is very important to look after our body. So, we are going to learn about different ways to look after our body to be healthy, strong and safe.

 


It is also very important to have a balanced diet, this is why we need to eat food from each food group. We also need to drink plenty of water every day.


We do exercise and play sports to be healthy and strong. Exercise makes our bones and muscles strong. What is your favourite sport?
