INTERNATIONAL PEACE DAY

• During these weeks, we are studying about matter and forces. Students learn about different materials and their properties.

THEATRE

In the subject of Language, in unit number 4, we have to learn some things related to the theatre. That is why, last Thursday, we received the visit of Elena (Nicholas´ mother) who is a drama teacher. 

She explained us that theatre is a collaborative form of performing art that uses actors and actresses to present a real or an imagined event. These actors and actresses communicate things through gestures, speech, music and dance.

She prepared some activities (for example, she taught us different types of puppets) and we enjoyed a lot. Thank you Elena for your visit and for teaching us so many things.

 

CHRISTMAS

THANKSGIVING

Thanksgiving is a special festivity celebrated in the United States of America. On this day, families, friends and relatives get together to give thanks for everything they have. So, this week we are going to learn some things about this special celebration.

DORNAQUE

Last Wednesday, we visited Dornaque Interpretation Centre. We learnt so may things about rocks, cave paintings, rodeno pine trees and mushrooms...We enjoyed a lot.
